No one went to the movies this past weekend.
And apparently, no one at CBS Films watched The Words before they purchased it at the Sundance Film Festival back in January, as the film garnered less than stellar reviews and sad box office performance, opening at no. 3.
Sight unseen, without viewing this film, I can tell you right now that Dennis Quaid is probably an older version of Bradley Cooper in the movie, and that Bradley/Dennis is probably filled with some kind of regret for stealing someone else's writing. Olivia Wilde is probably pretty hot in it, too, as is Zoe Saldana. And Jeremy Irons is probably pissed that Bradley/Dennis stole his work.
What I can't tell you is whether there's a montage of Bradley/Dennis walking around the streets of New York City, pondering the implications of his decisions in life to the tune of Natasha Bedingfield:
